PTAF events are scheduled and agreed at regular committee meetings, which are open for all parents, teachers, and friends of the school to attend. Events are planned at committee meetings, and by volunteers and sub-committees supported by the PTAF. Tickets (where appropriate) are sold before and after school in the playground.
Unless special arrangements have been agreed by the committee, any funds raised are by default collected by the PTAF, and distributed with reference to the Governing Body’s priorities, according to Funding Requests discussed at the regular committee meetings.
